IAS Circle is expanding! We're on the lookout for a passionate and driven Admission Counselor to join our dynamic team in Lucknow. If you're someone who enjoys guiding students, has excellent communication skills, and wants to be part of a mission-driven organization shaping the next generation of civil servants—this is for you!

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

1. Counsel prospective students and parents on our courses, offerings, and enrollment process.

2. Maintain follow-ups and help convert inquiries into admissions.

3. Handle walk-ins, phone calls, and online queries.

4. Maintain and update admission records and CRM.

🔹 What We’re Looking For:

1. Graduate in any stream; additional certification in counseling/sales is a plus.

2. 1+ year experience in counseling, edtech, or academic sales (freshers with great communication skills are welcome too).

Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and listening skills.

3. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM tools preferred).
