Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mehrauli for an Admission Counselor. The Admission Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process, providing counseling on course options, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive and professional experience. The role also involves fostering long-term relationships with students and working collaboratively with the team to meet enrollment targets.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with diverse groups of students and stakeholders
• Proficiency in customer service and the ability to deliver a professional and empathetic experience to prospective students
• Experience in sales and familiarity with educational program promotion
• Background in education or knowledge of educational programs is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and target-oriented mindset
