Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admission Counselor based in Noida. The Admission Counselor will be responsible for guiding students through the admission process, conducting counseling sessions, and providing advice on MBA programs. Day-to-day tasks include interacting with prospective students, understanding their career goals, assisting with college selection, and offering preparation guidance for entrance exams. Additionally, the Admission Counselor will work closely with students to improve their skills for GD and PI preparation, ensuring they make informed and confident decisions about their education and career paths.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal communication and general communication skills
• Experience or proficiency in customer service and sales
• Knowledge and understanding of the education sector, particularly related to MBA admissions
• Ability to build relationships and inspire confidence in students
• Proficiency in counseling and guidance for career planning or higher education
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; education or business management background preferred
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
