We seek passionate educators and researchers who are committed to academic excellence, innovation, and interdisciplinary teaching. Key Responsibilities Teach undergraduate and/or postgraduate courses in Finance, Research Methods, and Business Analytics. Conduct high-quality research and publish in reputed academic journals. Supervise student research projects and theses. Contribute to curriculum design, academic administration, and departmental initiatives. Engage with industry and research networks to foster collaborations. Qualifications & Experience Ph.D. (or near completion) in Finance, Business Analytics, Economics, Management, or a closely related field. Demonstrated research potential with publications or working papers. Prior teaching experience at the university level preferred. Proficiency in analytical tools such as R, Python, SPSS, POWER BI, Tableau or similar will be an advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
