Graduate Plan Academy (GP Academy LLP) is a leading education consultancy based in Calicut, Kerala. Since 2015, we've been dedicated to helping students continue their education, especially those who have paused or dropped out of their studies. Our consultancy offers credit transfer options and supports students in enrolling with recognized universities. From Business and IT to Engineering and Management, our wide range of courses aims to build brighter futures for our students.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admission Counselor located in Kozhikode. The Admission Counselor will guide students through the admission process, provide information about course options, and assist in credit transfer procedures. Daily tasks include conducting informational sessions, reviewing applications, communicating with prospective students, and collaborating with university partners. The role also involves following up with enquiries to maximize conversion rates and offering customer service support to students and their families.

Language RequirementsFluent in Malayalam and EnglishQualifications

Excellent Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills
Strong Customer Service and Sales experience
Background in Education or related field
Proficient in verbal and written communication
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of online degree and credit transfer processes is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Education, Management, or related discipline
