Admission Counselor (female)

As an Admission Counselor, your role is to contribute to the organizational goals by driving sales and implementing SOPs. You will be responsible for achieving targets and developing strategies to reach the organization's goals, with the potential to grow into a Team Leader. Your key responsibilities include: - Implementing sales strategies to increase sales and drive sales initiatives in order to achieve business goals. - Contributing to sales by counseling and tele-counseling leads to ensure admissions. - Ensuring smooth usage of CRM and ERP Systems in alignment with the sales process. - Maintaining proper follow-up with leads and driving maximum output. - Handling student grievances and providing timely information through calls and messages. - Providing quality services to maintain the brand image. - Working towards the recovery of continuous admissions in the next term to the maximum. You will be required to generate the following reports: - Counsellors Productivity Report - Sales Report - Fee Collection Report - Revenue Report - Referral Conversions Report In addition to the above responsibilities, the company expects you to maintain a high level of productivity and contribute towards the growth and success of the organization.
