Job Summary

The Admission Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process, understanding their career goals, providing detailed information about courses, and assisting them in making informed decisions about their education and career path.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries via phone, email, walk-ins, and online platforms.
• Counsel students and parents on available IT vocational courses, certifications, and career opportunities.
• Maintain knowledge of all programs, fees, admission criteria, and placement support.
• Guide students in course selection based on their interests, background, and career aspirations.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly admission targets.
• Follow up with leads to ensure maximum conversions.
• Maintain proper records of inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions in CRM/Excel.
• Organize and participate in seminars, webinars, and admission drives.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education/Marketing/IT background preferred fresher can also apply).
• Proven experience as an Admission Counselor, Academic Counselor, or in Sales/Customer Service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both English & regional language).
• Ability to build rapport and handle student/parent queries with patience.
• Target-driven, persuasive, and self-motivated.
• Knowledge of IT courses, certifications, or ed-tech industry will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, or similar software.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
