𝗘𝗧𝗵𝗮𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 is looking for a passionate and target-driven Admission Counselor to join our team. The role involves guiding students, generating leads, and converting them into successful admissions.
🔹 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
Generate and manage own leads through calls, referrals & social media.
Counsel students & parents on programs and admission procedures.
Convert leads into admissions and meet targets.
Coordinate follow-ups and maintain records.
🔹 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
Experience in admissions/student counseling (education/EdTech preferred).
Strong communication & persuasion skills.
Ability to generate leads independently and close admissions.
Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve results.
