Role Overview

Academic/Admission Counsellor

Key Responsibilities

Counsel students and parents about IT & Digital courses such as
Python, Java, AI-ML, Web Development, Digital Marketing, and related programs
.
Handle inquiries (phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, walk-ins, and social media leads) and provide accurate course/program details.
Understand each student’s academic background and career goals, and recommend suitable training programs.
Guide students through the
application and enrollment process
.
Maintain student databases and track conversions through CRM/Excel.
Achieve monthly/quarterly admission targets in coordination with the sales & marketing team.
Conduct online/offline counselling sessions, webinars, and workshops.
Represent the company at educational events, seminars, and career fairs.
