Position Overview:
The Admission Counselor plays a key role in guiding prospective students and their families through the admission process. They serve as the first point of contact, providing information about courses, programs, fees, and institutional policies while ensuring a positive and supportive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel and guide students regarding academic programs, career prospects, and admission procedures.
• Provide accurate information about courses, eligibility, fee structure, scholarships, and placement opportunities.
• Handle inquiries through phone calls, emails, walk-ins, and social media channels.
• Assist students with application forms, documentation, and enrollment processes.
• Organize and participate in admission campaigns, orientation sessions, and promotional events.
• Maintain and update student databases, inquiry records, and follow-up details.
• Achieve admission targets set by the management.
• Collaborate with academic and administrative departments to ensure smooth admission operations.
• Address student and parent queries professionally and effectively.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly admission reports for management review.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Counseling and problem-solving abilities.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic database management.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
