We are seeking both freshers and experienced professionals to join our team as Civil Design Trainers and help shape the future of civil design training. Job Summary: We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Civil Design Trainers who are passionate about civil engineering and design software. Whether you are a recent graduate or an experienced professional, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality training on civil design software, including AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit, STAAD Pro, and more. You will be responsible for teaching students both theoretical concepts and practical applications of civil design tools. Key Responsibilities: Deliver structured training sessions on civil design software to students, both in the classroom and through virtual platforms. Create and update training materials, course content, and presentations that are relevant and up-to-date with industry standards. Conduct practical, hands-on exercises to reinforce learning and enhance students’ software skills. Evaluate students’ progress through assignments, quizzes, and practical assessments. Provide individual assistance to students and address queries to ensure comprehensive understanding. Stay updated on new developments in civil design software and the civil engineering industry to integrate new techniques and tools into training programs. Facilitate workshops, webinars, and other learning events to enhance the learning experience for students. Collaborate with other trainers and staff to improve course offerings and student outcomes. Provide feedback to students on their performance and suggest areas for improvement. Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance. Requirements: Bachelor’s / Diploma degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Familiarity with civil design software like AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit, STAAD Pro, or similar tools (familiarity with multiple software tools is a plus). Freshers are welcome to apply; prior teaching experience is not mandatory but will be an advantage. Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly. A passion for teaching, mentoring, and helping students succeed. Willingness to learn and stay updated on new tools and technologies in the civil design field. Ability to adapt to different learning styles and create an interactive and engaging learning environment. Preferred Qualifications: Certification or formal training in civil design software. Experience with additional software tools like ETABS, SAP2000, or Primavera P6 is a bonus. Experience in online teaching or using virtual learning platforms is a plus.
