Job Title: IT TRAINER Location: Ambattur- Chennai -53 Position Type: Full-Time/Part-Time/freelnce Key Responsibilities: Design and develop engaging IT training materials, manuals, and guides. Deliver group training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching for employees at all levels. Provide training on software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, collaboration tools, internal systems). Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics. Stay up to date with the latest technology trends and incorporate them into training programs. Work with department heads to identify training needs and develop customized learning paths. Offer post-training support to ensure retention and application of knowledge. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Education, or a related field. Proven experience as an IT Trainer, Technical Trainer, or similar role. Strong knowledge of common business software and IT systems. Excellent communication, presentation, and instructional skills. Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and user-friendly manner. Experience with e-learning platforms and training software is a plus. Certifications such as CompTIA CTT+, Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT), or equivalent are desirable. Preferred Attributes: Passion for teaching and empowering others.
