Job Summary

Career Point World School, Jodhpur is looking for a dynamic and student-centric Admission Counselor to manage the school’s admission process and support parents and students through effective counseling and communication. The ideal candidate should be well-spoken, organized, and passionate about education.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle admission inquiries through walk-ins, calls, emails, and online platforms
• Counsel parents and students regarding curriculum, admission procedures, and school policies
• Manage the complete admissions process from inquiry to enrollment
• Maintain accurate student admission records and databases
• Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for smooth onboarding
• Conduct school tours and support admissions events and open houses
• Follow up with prospective parents to achieve admission targets
• Prepare admission reports and daily follow-up status

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education/Management preferred)
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in school admissions or counseling (preferred)
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
• Strong interpersonal and counseling abilities
• Proficient in MS Office and basic computer applications
• Well-organized with attention to detail
