The candidate should have a deep understanding of economic concepts and the CBSE curriculum, along with the ability to make the subject engaging and practical for students. Key Responsibilities Teach Economics to students of Classes XI and XII as per CBSE guidelines. Develop and deliver lesson plans focused on conceptual clarity, real-world examples, and critical thinking. Prepare students for CBSE board exams and competitive entrance tests. Assess student performance through class tests, assignments, and projects. Encourage participation in commerce and economics-related co-curricular activities. Use digital tools to make teaching interactive and effective. Maintain open communication with students and parents regarding academic progress. Eligibility Criteria Educational Qualification: Postgraduate in Economics (MA/M.Sc in Economics) with B.Ed. (mandatory). Experience: Minimum 2–3 years teaching experience in a CBSE school preferred. Skills: Excellent communication, subject knowledge, classroom management, and familiarity with digital teaching methods.
