The ideal candidate must be experienced in teaching Business Studies to Classes XI & XII under the CBSE curriculum, with a strong command over the subject and modern teaching methods. Key Responsibilities: Teach Business Studies to senior secondary students (Grades 11–12). Design and implement lesson plans aligned with CBSE curriculum. Prepare students for board exams with conceptual clarity and practical examples. Conduct assessments, give feedback, and maintain student progress records. Use innovative and digital teaching tools to enhance classroom engagement. Coordinate with parents, school staff, and academic coordinators. Motivate students to take part in business fests, quizzes, and competitions. Eligibility Criteria: Postgraduate degree in Commerce/Business Administration (MBA or M.Com). B.Ed. (Mandatory as per CBSE norms). Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a CBSE-affiliated school. Excellent communication and classroom leadership skills. Proficiency with smart boards, MS Office, and online teaching tools.
