Admission Counsellor

We are looking for passionate and driven Admission Counselors to join our college admissions team. Your role will be to guide students in selecting the right undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) programs and support them through the entire admission journey. Key Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for student inquiries and admission-related communication. Engage with prospective students through calls, emails, and in-person meetings. Understand students’ interests, academic background, and career goals to suggest the most suitable colleges/universities. Clearly explain course details, admission processes, and career prospects to students and their parents. Follow up regularly to ensure smooth application and successful enrollment. Maintain accurate records and updates in the CRM system. Contribute to achieving monthly admission and enrollment targets. What We’re Looking For: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
