Serve as the first point of contact for prospective students, providing information about our programs, admission requirements, and application procedures. 2. Conduct thorough consultations with prospective students to understand their educational goals, background, and preferences. 3. Provide personalized guidance and advice to students on program selection, career paths, and academic requirements, based on their individual needs and aspirations. 4. Assist students with completing application forms, gathering necessary documentation, and submitting applications to partner universities and EdTech companies. 5. Follow up with prospective students via phone, email, or other communication channels to address any questions or concerns they may have and provide ongoing support throughout the admission process. 6. Collaborate closely with internal teams, including academic advisors, marketing, and operations, to ensure a cohesive and efficient admission process. 7. Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and partner institutions' offerings to provide accurate and up-to-date information to students. 8. Meet and exceed individual and team targets for student enrollment and conversion rates. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree or Under graduation pursuing in any field. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong command of English and Hindi languages. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. 4. Customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping students achieve their educational and career goals. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to quickly learn and navigate CRM software. 6. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
