Role Overview: We are looking for enthusiastic Admission Counselors to guide students in selecting the right programs from top B-Schools. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping students achieve their academic and career goals. Key Responsibilities: Counsel prospective students on MBA, PGDM, and other management programs from top B-Schools. Guide students through the admission process, including eligibility, course selection, and application requirements. Follow up with leads via calls, emails, and messages to ensure a smooth enrollment journey. Meet and exceed admission targets through proactive counseling and engagement. Maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and professionals seeking higher education. Stay updated on university admission policies and industry trends. Requirements: Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline. Experience: 0-3 years in admissions counseling, edtech, or sales (freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome).
