1. Manage a portfolio of students, including on boarding, detailed counselling, regular follow-ups, and ensuring their overall success.
2. Assist with university selection, applications, visa processes, and interview preparation.
3. Provide information on scholarships, financial planning, and university offerings.
4.Application Progress Tracking: Regularly review and track the progress of student applications to identify and resolve bottlenecks.
5. Convert leads and drive enrollments.
6. Execute post-offer processes, collaborating with the Operation team on Offer letter and Visa offices to ensure timely outcomes.
7. Build a deep understanding of university admissions processes, intake cycles, and eligibility requirements, including exams like GRE, GMAT, IELTS, and TOEFL .
8. Establish and maintain trusted relationships with students as their dedicated coach for all admission-related guidance.
9. Implement effective sales strategies and consistently meet target numbers during intake cycles.
1. 4 to 6 years of experience in student counselling, overseas education, or sales roles (preferably in the study abroad sector).
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to guide and motivate students effectively.
3. Strong understanding of university admissions processes, eligibility criteria, and exams such as GRE, GMAT, IELTS, and TOEFL .
4. Familiarity with visa procedures, scholarships, and financial planning for higher education.
5. Ability to build and maintain strong, trustworthy relationships with students.
6. Proven track record in lead conversion and achieving enrollment targets through effective counselling and follow-up strategies.
7. Experience working collaboratively with operations, visa, and offer teams to ensure smooth post-offer and admission processes.
