1 - Position: Admission Counsellor

Primary Role:

To counsel students/parents and convert inquiries into confirmed admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle student inquiries (walk-in, telephonic, online)

Explain courses, fee structure, and admission procedures

Maintain lead follow-ups and admission records

Skills & Competencies:

Excellent communication & persuasion skills

Basic computer and CRM knowledge

Student-handling ability

Preferred Experience: 02 years

Qualification: Graduate (Any Stream)

2 - Position: Admission In-Charge

Primary Role:

To manage and oversee the complete admission process and team.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise admission counselors

Ensure smooth admission operations & documentation

Coordinate with management for targets & reporting

Monitor daily/weekly admission performance

Skills & Competencies:

Team leadership & decision-making

Strong reporting & coordination skills

Target-oriented approach

Preferred Experience: 24 years

Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate

3 - Position: Human Resource (HR Executive)

Primary Role:

To manage recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment, onboarding & induction

Attendance, payroll coordination & HR records

Employee engagement & policy implementation

Coordination with department heads

Skills & Competencies:

Knowledge of HR processes

Strong interpersonal & communication skills

MS Office proficiency

Preferred Experience: 13 years

Qualification: MBA / PGDM (HR preferred)

4 - Position: Promotion Manager

Primary Role:

To plan and execute promotional and branding activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement promotion strategies

Manage offline & digital campaigns

Coordinate with vendors and marketing teams

Analyze promotion effectiveness

Skills & Competencies:

Marketing & branding knowledge

Creative thinking & execution

Team management skills

Preferred Experience: 25 years

Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate

5 - Position: Tele Caller

Primary Role:

To generate leads and support admission conversion through calling.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective students

Explain offerings and schedule follow-ups

Maintain call records and daily reports

Support counselors in lead conversion

Skills & Competencies:

Clear & polite communication

Convincing ability

Basic system knowledge

Preferred Experience: 02 years

Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate

General Interview Guidelines:

Assess communication skills & attitude carefully

Preference to candidates with education / service industry exposure

Salary and final selection to be aligned with management approval
