Position Overview

Admission Counsellor / Sales & Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and nurture leads via calls, WhatsApp, and emails
  • Conduct consultations to understand students' career goals and recommend suitable programs
  • Follow up regularly with interested leads and convert them into successful enrollments
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions and progress using CRM tools
  • Achieve monthly enrollment targets and revenue goals
  • Collaborate with the academic & operations teams for demo sessions, student onboarding, and support

Qualifications & Skills

  • 6 months to 4 years of experience in sales, admissions, or counseling (EdTech preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (spoken & written)
  • Ability to understand and explain course offerings clearly
  • Strong negotiation, follow-up, and closing skills
  • Goal-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently
  • Bachelors degree (preferred in Marketing, Business, or related field)

Salary & Compensation

  • Fixed Salary Permonth (based on interview performance)
  • Incentives: Up to

    20% commission

    per sale
  • Quarterly Incentives + Half-Yearly Bonuses
  • Allowances: Mobile, Food, Travel & Accommodation (performance-based)

Working Schedule

  • 5.5 Days per Week
  • Sunday: Half working day (demo sessions only)
