Admission Counsellor

SFS School, Narengi is looking for a dynamic Admission Counsellor to join our team. The role involves guiding parents and students through the complete admission journey—right from enquiry to enrolment—while ensuring a positive, supportive, and professional experience at every stage.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Engage with prospective parents and students via calls, messages, emails, and in-person meetings, and guide them toward application and admission.

2. Provide accurate information about the school’s offerings and address enquiries with patience and professionalism.

3. Explain admission procedures clearly and effectively across various communication channels.

4. Support students and parents throughout the admission process by addressing their queries promptly.

5. Conduct timely follow-ups with enquiries, leads, and applicants to maintain minimum response times.

6. Serve as the primary point of contact from first enquiry to final enrolment.

7. Maintain updated admission records and work toward achieving admission targets.

8. Follow established guidelines and participate in admission decisions in accordance with school policies.

9. Assist in organising admission-related events and increasing walk-ins to the school campus.

10. Ensure a smooth induction of new students by coordinating with teachers, coordinators, HODs, academic leaders, and admin staff.

11. Build strong relationships with parents to encourage positive word-of-mouth.

12. Stay updated with relevant educational trends, policies, and requirements.

13. Provide guidance and support to families as they make important educational decisions.

Qualifications & Skills:

1. Graduation in any stream (minimum requirement). Preference for candidates with a degree in Public Relations, Social Work, Management, Journalism/Mass Communication.

2. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in admissions, marketing, counselling, customer care, or related fields.

3. Must be proficient in technology and digital communication tools.

4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, organisational, analytical, and time management skills

5. Ability to multitask, prioritise, and maintain accuracy in a high-engagement environment.

Remuneration:
Up to ₹24,000 CTC per month

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
