Admission Counsellor

ROOTS Education is looking for a proactive and results-driven Admission Counsellor/ Business Development Associate with 1-2 years of experience in sales or business development. The ideal candidate will possess excellent English communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and the enthusiasm to engage with prospective students and parents to drive enrollments for our academic coaching programs (6th to 10th grade).

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential leads through various channels (calls, emails, social media, etc.).
• Conduct consultations with prospective students and parents to understand their needs and suggest appropriate courses.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to foster long-term engagement.
• Achieve and exceed enrollment targets and business development goals.
• Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities and results to the management team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA) or Master’s in Business Administration (MBA).
• 1-2 years of experience in a business development or sales role, preferably in the education sector.
• Strong proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a client-focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
