Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents regarding admissions, programs, and career guidance
• Handle

  both B2B and B2C domains

  efficiently — engaging with students, parents, and institutional partners
• Manage the

  end-to-end admission process

  from lead generation to final enrolment
• Maintain student records, reports, and admission tracking systems
• Coordinate with marketing, operations, and partner institutions
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly admission and conversion targets

Candidate Profile

• Minimum

  2–4 years of experience

  in admission counselling, business generation, or administration (preferably in the education sector)
• Strong

  communication and convincing skills

  (Hindi & English)
• Proven ability to handle

  B2B and B2C interactions

  effectively
• Organized, disciplined, and goal-oriented professional attitude
• Proficient in MS Office and database management
