About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Admissions Counselor to join our team. The role involves guiding prospective students through the admission process, providing accurate information about programs, and ensuring a smooth experience from inquiry to enrollment. The Admissions Counselor will serve as the first point of contact and play a critical role in building trust with students and their families. Key Responsibilities Counsel and guide students regarding academic programs, career opportunities, and admission requirements. Respond promptly to student inquiries through phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions. Assist students in completing admission forms, applications, and documentation. Conduct seminars, webinars, and presentations to promote programs. Follow up with prospective students and maintain a database of leads and conversions. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth admission operations. Achieve set admission and enrollment targets within specified timelines. Provide regular reports and updates to the management team. Represent the institution at education fairs, events, and outreach programs. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in any discipline. Prior experience in admissions, counseling, or student support preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to handle queries with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
