Job Title

Admission Counsellor / Business Development Associate Intern


(EdTech Sales - Day Shift)

Location:

Role & Responsibilities

Admission Counsellor / BDA

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Management:

    Convert inbound/outbound leads by pitching relevant courses and handling queries.
  • Program Promotion:

    Promote courses and combos, including offering discounts and seasonal offers.
  • Follow-Ups:

    Maintain consistent engagement with pre- and post-sales leads.
  • Customer Interaction:

    Provide course info, answer queries, and support learners through the enrollment journey.
  • Record Updates:

    Track conversions and maintain updates across communication tools (e.g., WhatsApp, CRM).
  • Payment Monitoring:

    Verify and follow up on course payments and enrollments.

Work Timings

  • Shift:

    9:00 AM 6:0 PM IST (including 60-min lunch break)
  • Days:

    Monday to Sunday (6 working days/week, with rotational week-off)
  • Hybrid Option:

    May be considered after 6 months (not guaranteed)

Eligibility & Skills

  • Experience:

    0 to 1 years in EdTech sales, academic counseling, or inside sales
  • Communication:

    Strong English skills; clear, convincing, and empathetic
  • Sales Orientation:

    Target-driven and comfortable handling sales calls
  • Education:

    Bachelor's degree , freshers meeting the requirements are most welcome
  • Technical:

    Familiarity with CRM tools, call systems, and MS Office tools
  • Knowledge of SAP is desired ; if not then a zeal to learn quickly & start creating impact
