Role Overview:

Admissions Counsellor


Key Responsibilities:

  • Counsel potential learners and guide them in choosing suitable programs for their career goals.
  • Manage the complete sales lifecycle — from lead outreach, product demo, and conversion, to post-sales engagement.
  • Achieve weekly targets for enrollments, revenue, and collections.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline and CRM database.
  • Clearly articulate the value and impact of upGrad’s learning solutions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance learner experience and sales outcomes.


What We’re Looking For:

  • 2–5 years of experience in

    international sales

    (preferably in

    EdTech

    ).
  • Excellent

    communication and interpersonal

    skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of

    global cultural nuances

    and student behavior.
  • Goal-driven, empathetic, and disciplined professional.
  • Proficient with

    MS Office

    and familiar with

    CRM tools
