Experience: Minimum 1–3 years (preferred in early childhood education or child psychology)
Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Psychology, Child Development, or related field

Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate, experienced, and enthusiastic Counsellor to join our play school team. The ideal candidate will work closely with children, parents, and teachers to support the emotional, social, and developmental well-being of young learners aged 2–6 years.

Key Responsibilities:

• Observe and assess children's behavior and development.
• Provide emotional and behavioral support to children as needed.
• Conduct one-on-one or small group counselling sessions.
• Identify developmental delays, learning difficulties, or emotional concerns early.
• Collaborate with teachers and parents to create and monitor support plans.
• Organize workshops or interactive sessions for parents and staff.
• Maintain records and documentation of counselling sessions confidentially.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for children.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master’s in Psychology, Counselling, or Child Development.
• Prior experience working with young children (ages 2–6) preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathy, patience, and a child-friendly attitude.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
