Admission Counsellor

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Admission Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will guide prospective students through the admission process, provide course-related information, and support them in making informed decisions about their education and career goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to reach out to prospective students and parents.
• Counsel students and parents on various courses, eligibility, career paths, and admission procedures.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of all programs offered by the institute and keep updated with new offerings.
• Follow up with leads generated through online and offline campaigns to convert them into admissions.
• Schedule and conduct campus visits, webinars, or counselling sessions.
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM system.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to support admission campaigns and events.
• Build and nurture relationships with students to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Master’s preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and local languages.
• Strong convincing and presentation skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
• Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
• Friendly, patient, and approachable personality.

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in counselling, tele-calling, or student recruitment is a plus.
• Knowledge of education industry trends and career opportunities.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹19,500.00 per month
