What You Will Do:
Contact and follow up with prospective clients via inbound and outbound calls (leads provided).
Effectively explain Aimlays services and convert leads into successful enrollments.
Conduct need-based counselling to understand the client’s educational requirements.
Deliver compelling online presentations and product demonstrations.
Build strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals.
Maintain updated records of communications and follow-ups.
What We Need:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Outbound Sales, Admission Counselling, or a related role.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
Confident, soft-spoken, and customer-centric approach.
Capable of adapting quickly and taking ownership of targets and tasks.
