Job Description

The Admission Counsellor position involves guiding prospective students through the admission process and promoting the institution's programs to ensure a positive experience for applicants and their families. You will be responsible for engaging with prospective students and parents, providing detailed information about courses, admission procedures, and campus facilities. Additionally, you will assist students in completing admission forms and documentation, and organize admission-related events such as open houses and webinars. Furthermore, you will follow up with leads and inquiries through various communication channels including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings. It is essential to maintain accurate records of admissions and applicant data while collaborating with the marketing team to develop strategies for student enrollment. The ideal candidate should have language fluency in English and Tamil, with Malayalam being an added advantage. A Bachelor's degree in any discipline is required, along with strong interpersonal and sales skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is essential, as well as the ability to work under pressure and meet enrollment targets. Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply for this role.,
