Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admission Counselor located in Noida. The Admission Counselor will be responsible for providing guidance to students throughout the admission process, from selecting suitable courses to securing admission. Day-to-day tasks include conducting counselling sessions, assisting with applications, and providing support and advice to students and their families. The role also involves maintaining records and following up with students as necessary.

• Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills
• Experience in Customer Service and Sales
• Understanding of the education industry
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience in student counseling or related fields is a plus
