Position: Admission counsellor.
Location: Pimpri-Chinchwad, Pune.
Working Days: Monday – Saturday.
Working Hours: 10 AM – 6 PM

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a admission counsellor located in Pune. As a BDE, you will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, business communication, and fulfilling admission requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• New business development and lead generation
• Conduct business communication and manage leads
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
• Achieve sales targets consistently
• Assist in admissions-related activities
• Engage in networking to generate potential opportunities

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in sales (preferred)
• Graduation in any discipline
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Strong interpersonal, networking, and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Experience in the education industry is a plus
• No fieldwork required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
