About the Role

Chandigarh University is hiring enthusiastic, motivated, and target-driven Tele-Counselors to join the Admissions Team. Candidates with experience in EdTech, Education Counseling, or University Admissions who enjoy guiding students toward suitable academic choices are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Make cold calls, inbound, and outbound calls to prospective students.
  
• Counsel students on courses, programs, fees, and admission procedures.
  
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and admission targets.
  
• Follow up on leads and manage student inquiries efficiently.
  
• Update and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
  
• Handle student questions professionally and clearly.
  
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in EdTech / Education / University Admissions.
  
• Excellent communication skills and confident telephone presence.
  
• Strong sales mindset and target-driven approach.
  
• Comfortable with high-volume calling and lead conversion.
  
• Basic computer knowledge; CRM exposure preferred.
