Admission Counsellor

Admission Counsellor Role Description:

The Admission Counsellor is responsible for managing the entire student admission process, from handling enquiries to enrolment. The role involves guiding students with accurate information about the training institution, coordinating office visits and assessments, maintaining admission records, handling fee collection, and ensuring smooth onboarding. The counsellor also supports marketing activities, strengthens student relationships, and works closely with management and other departments to achieve admission targets and ensure a positive admission experience.

Qualifications

• Any Graduate or Postgraduate.

• 13 years of experience in counselling, admissions, or customer service, preferably in an educational institution.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Telugu (knowledge of local languages is an added advantage).

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic experience with CRM systems and email drafting.

• Team player with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet targets and deadlines.

• Basic proficiency in the MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) is preferred.
