Podar Vasai seeks a dedicated Admission Counsellor to join our esteemed network. This is a mid-level, full-time position based in Virar and Bhayandar. The role involves managing the admissions process, connecting with prospective students and parents, and promoting our educational offerings to build lasting relationships within the community.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire admissions cycle from inquiry to enrollment, ensuring a welcoming experience for all prospective families.
  • Conduct parent counselling sessions to understand their needs and align them with our educational programs.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the school's brand and increase student enrollment.
  • Utilize digital marketing techniques to enhance the institution's online presence and engagement.
  • Organize and participate in open houses, educational fairs, and community events to generate interest in our programs.
  • Collaborate with teachers and administration to provide accurate and relevant information to prospective students and parents.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date admissions records and reports for management review.
  • Act as a liaison between families and the school to facilitate communication and understanding of the school's academic offerings.
