Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Admission Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling student inquiries, counselling prospects, and ensuring a seamless admission process from start to finish.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective students about available online programs and guide them through course options.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to convert inquiries into admissions.
• Maintain a structured database of leads and update CRM systems regularly.
• Support applicants with the admission and documentation process.
• Meet and exceed individual and team admission targets.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and enrollment flow.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in student counselling, inside sales, or admissions (education industry preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and CRM handling experience.
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented approach.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
