Location: Remote (Work from Home)

Type: Full-time (10:00 A.M. – 7:00 P.M.)

Experience: Minimum 2 years in Ed-Tech Sales

Salary: Competitive as per industry standards + Attractive performance-based incentives (no cap)

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development & Admission Counsellor to join our growing team. You will be the guiding hand for prospective learners—understanding their needs, providing accurate information about our programs, and helping them make confident enrollment decisions. Your role will directly impact learners’ lives while driving the growth of Global Tongue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel and guide students about language courses, career benefits, and learning pathways.
• Convert inquiries and leads into admissions through effective communication and trust-building.
• Engage with students via calls, WhatsApp, and Zoom meetings to address concerns and offer solutions.
• Achieve and exceed monthly admission and revenue targets.
• Provide excellent customer experience through personalized guidance and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with the team and contribute to process improvements to enhance enrollment outcomes.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a consultative approach.
• Proven sales experience in the Ed-Tech sector (outbound sales preferred).
• Strong persuasion and relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently in a remote environment.
• A bachelor’s degree in any field is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
