Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admission Coordinator, located in Ludhiana. The Admission Coordinator will be responsible for managing the admission process, including handling inquiries, providing customer service to prospective students and families, and maintaining records. The role involves coordinating admission events, working closely with the marketing team, and conducting campus tours for prospective families. The Admission Coordinator will also provide training and support to staff regarding the admission process and relevant medical terminology, as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience with Training and Medical Terminology
• Knowledge of Medicare and related processes
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in using administrative software and databases
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Prior experience in an educational institution or similar role is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
