Role Overview: You will join Samar Global High School as a full-time Admission Coordinator based in Ludhiana. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the admission process, from handling inquiries and providing customer service to maintaining records. Additionally, you will coordinate admission events, collaborate with the marketing team, and conduct campus tours for potential students and their families. It will be your duty to offer training and assistance to the staff on admission procedures and relevant medical terminology when necessary. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the admission process efficiently - Handle inquiries and provide excellent customer service to prospective students and families - Maintain accurate records of admissions - Organize admission events and collaborate with the marketing team - Conduct campus tours for potential families - Provide training and support to staff on admission procedures and medical terminology - Utilize administrative software and databases effectively - Demonstrate strong organizational and multitasking skills - Work collaboratively in a team as well as independently - Utilize previous experience in an educational institution or a similar role to your advantage Qualifications: - Possess excellent communication and customer service skills - Have experience in training and knowledge of medical terminology - Familiarity with Medicare and related processes - Exhibit strong organizational and multitasking abilities - Proficiency in using administrative software and databases - Ability to work effectively in a team and independently - Previous experience in an educational institution or similar role is preferred - A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is advantageous,
