As an Administrative Officer with more than 7 years of experience, your role will involve overseeing the smooth daily operations of all school campuses. Your key responsibilities will include: - Ensuring Operations Oversight: You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth daily operations across all school campuses. - Managing Transport: Coordinating student and staff transportation, including routing, scheduling, vendor management, and safety compliance. - Supervising Facility & Maintenance: You will supervise housekeeping, campus upkeep, infrastructure, and repair work. - Managing Vendor & Service: You will liaise with third-party vendors for services such as security. - Ensuring Compliance & Records: You will ensure adherence to CBSE and local regulatory requirements, including fire safety, audits, and documentation. - Coordinating Staff: Supporting non-teaching staff management, including drivers, janitors, security, and admin assistants. - Managing Inventory & Procurement: Monitoring stock levels and overseeing purchases for school requirements. - Reporting: Maintaining logs, reports, and data related to transport, maintenance, and administration.
