As an Administrative Officer with more than 7 years of experience, your role will involve overseeing the smooth daily operations across all school campuses. Your key responsibilities will include: - Ensuring Operations Oversight to guarantee the seamless functioning of day-to-day activities in all school campuses. - Coordinating Transport Management by managing student and staff transportation, including routing, scheduling, vendor management, and safety compliance. - Supervising Facility & Maintenance tasks such as housekeeping, campus upkeep, infrastructure maintenance, and repair work. - Managing Vendor & Service relationships by liaising with third-party vendors for services like security. - Ensuring Compliance & Records adherence to CBSE and local regulatory requirements, including fire safety, audits, and documentation. - Supporting Staff Coordination by managing non-teaching staff like drivers, janitors, security personnel, and admin assistants. - Monitoring Inventory & Procurement by overseeing stock levels and procurement for school necessities. - Maintaining Reporting logs, reports, and data related to transport, maintenance, and overall administration.
