Role Description

This is a full-time Administrator role, based on-site in Chennai. The Administrator will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing administrative tasks, coordinating with staff and stakeholders, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth functioning of the organization. Additional responsibilities include planning and implementing organizational policies, managing schedules, and supporting team collaboration to achieve the organization's goals.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in administrative tasks such as record keeping, scheduling, and office management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with diverse stakeholders
• Ability to work independently, solve problems, and take initiative
• Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience in nonprofit sector management is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Previous administrative or management experience is highly desirable
