Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update content sheets.
• Share boosting details with page handlers and update clients with results.
• Conduct morning & evening team check-ins and attend client/customer meetings.
• Follow up on client tasks and coordinate with designers for timely delivery.
• Share final designs in respective groups and handle client queries/reviews.
• Resolve Level 1 complaints and assist Video Admin when required.
• Track daily design and video deliveries.
• Send weekly information flyers every Sunday.

Skills Required:

• Strong communication & coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and design workflow.
• Ability to multitask and manage client relationships.
• Proficiency in WhatsApp/Telegram for business communication.
