Job Description

The role at Wipro Limited focuses on resolving, maintaining, and managing clients" software, hardware, and network based on service requests raised by end-users within defined SLAs to ensure client satisfaction. The responsibilities include ensuring timely response to all client tickets, maintaining quality parameters in service requests solutioning, acting as a custodian of clients" network/systems/storage to ensure proper functioning, performing root cause analysis of raised tickets, providing immediate resolution to high priority tickets, installing and configuring software/hardware based on service requests, adhering to timeliness and managing client expectations, providing application/user access as per client requirements, tracking tickets from acceptance to resolution stage, maintaining timely backup of data/resources, coordinating with on-site team for complex problem resolution, reviewing Chat BOTS logs, and ensuring timely resolution of service requests/issues. The performance parameters include 100% adherence to SLAs/timelines, zero customer escalations, client appreciation emails, and multiple cases of red time.
