Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrator located in Thrissur. The Administrator will manage daily operations, oversee staff, and ensure efficient functioning of the hospital administration. Responsibilities include coordinating with various departments, handling patient and staff inquiries, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations. The Administrator will also be involved in budgeting, resource allocation, and implementing hospital policies and procedures.

• Experience in Staff Supervision and Coordination

• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and make critical decisions
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in a healthcare administrative role is a plus
