Job Description

Key responsibilities Staff management: Hire, train, coach, and evaluate administrative staff.  Workflow and efficiency: Oversee daily operations, improve processes, and set priorities for the administrative team to ensure efficiency.  Policy and compliance: Ensure staff and operations adhere to organizational policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.  Coordination: Act as a liaison between administrative staff and management, and coordinate with other departments on projects and deadlines.  Budget management: Assist in monitoring and managing the department's budget.  Reporting and documentation: Create and maintain departmental documentation, reports, and standard operating procedures.
