Administrative Executive

Role Overview: You will act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients. Your responsibilities will include undertaking tasks such as receiving calls, taking messages, and routing correspondence. You will be expected to handle requests and queries appropriately. Additionally, you will maintain the diary, arrange meetings and appointments, and provide reminders. Making travel arrangements, taking dictation and minutes, and accurately entering data are also part of your role. You will monitor office supplies, research advantageous deals or suppliers, produce reports, presentations, and briefs, and develop an efficient documentation and filing system.
