Job Summary: We are looking for an Admin Executive – Maintenance and Facilities to oversee daily administrative and facility operations in our Mysore and Coimbatore office. This role involves managing housekeeping, security, office infrastructure, vendor relationships, supplies, and employee support services to ensure a smooth, safe, and efficient work environment. Key Responsibilities: • Manage overall office administration including front office, supplies, and facility upkeep. • Coordinate onboarding/offboarding processes—seating, IT assets, ID cards, and documentation. • Maintain employee attendance, shift schedules, and access logs in coordination with HR and operations. • Track and replenish office and pantry supplies; manage vendor relationships and procurement. • Handle travel bookings, reimbursements, petty cash, courier dispatch, and vendor invoices. • Liaise with building management, housekeeping, and security teams for day-to-day requirements. • Ensure compliance with EqualizeRCM’s security policies and HIPAA-related protocols. • Assist in audit readiness—organize records, compliance checklists, and support documentation. • Support internal events, team meetings, training sessions, and client visits. • Maintain and organize administrative records—both physical and digital. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Graduate in any discipline (Business Administration or related field preferred). • 2–4 years of experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in healthcare BPO/KPO or RCM domain. • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). • Excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills. • Ability to handle tasks independently, multitask, and maintain confidentiality. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
