Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Director - Software located in Mysore. The Director - Software will be responsible for overseeing the software development team, managing project timelines, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions, and aligning software development with business objectives. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, setting technical direction, and mentoring team members to enhance their skills and performance. The Director will also be responsible for driving innovation and implementing best practices in software development.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in software development and software team management
• Strong understanding of programming languages, software design, and architecture
• Experience in project management and handling complex software development projects
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Adept at problem-solving and decision-making
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Experience in the healthcare industry and knowledge of revenue cycle management systems is a plus
